As an affiliate recruiter, I agree that siblings of current players do not qualify as new members recruited by me under this program. Those are handled by the Family Discount Program and cannot be counted twice.
New members must not have played as a member of our Club for the previous two seasons or a 12 month period - whichever is longer.
I agree that I will be paid after a 60-day hold period where the recruited member must remain a member in good standing. If a recruited member leaves the club I will no longer be eligible for recruitment commissions for that member.
Monthly commissions are paid monthly. Single season commissions are paid at one time.
The Damascus Soccer Club is not responsible for any fees generated by the processing of payments made to me (Paypal fees, credit card transaction fees, etc)
If more than one new member is recruited by the same affiliate recruiter, then whoever recruited that member first is entitled to the recruitment commission. Recruitment commissions are paid to only one recruiter per member.
Recruiting through this program does not make me an employee of the Damascus Soccer Club. I am agreeing to perform these recruiting activities on my own schedule and not at the direction of the Damascus Soccer Club. I will be classified as "an independent contractor" by IRS standards and will be responsible for paying my own taxes.
I recognize that the Damascus Soccer Club will track my affiliate recruitment commissions and report my income to the IRS separately.
